payments
I offer the payment options Paypal, prepayment and payment on swish. Paypal can be used to pay in many different currencies, or you can pay with your credit or debit card. When paying in advance, you can pay in EUR or SEK. The prices in the shop are always in SEK. Payments in other currencies are adjusted to the current exchange rate. Payments upon collection are still made in cash for the time being. (SEK)
right of withdrawal
Of course, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you buy from me. The cancellation period starts the day after you receive your order. As each item is handmade, faults do not represent a quality defect - quite the opposite - and an exchange is therefore not possible. If you are absolutely not satisfied, please return the item to me within 10 working days. After I have received and inspected it, your payment will be refunded.

When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If something is wrong with your order, please contact me immediately by email info@aedelgroen.com.
shipping costs
Shipping costs are 65 SEK per order up to 3 kg within Sweden. Other costs apply for shipping to other countries. I always try to offer the cheapest and safest shipping method. All prices in the online shop are in SEK and include VAT. Shipping is by Postnord and DHL, depending on which method is fastest and best suits the shipment size and region. The delivery time varies depending on the region, of course, but expect 2-10 working days. If you want to know where your parcel is, you can track your parcel with the parcel number (send ID) that I send you after shipping. Parcels are always insured.

Do you want to complain?
The right to complain covers goods that are defective in accordance with the applicable consumer protection laws. If you are not satisfied with something you ordered from the online shop, please contact me as soon as possible after you discover the fault. Please keep in mind, however, that all items offered are unique and are lovingly handmade by me. Errors in shape and colour are not a quality defect, but normal things that occur in an artistic handicraft ..... If you still think it is a defect, please let me know by email or phone and tell me why you think the item is defective. We will surely find a solution (see right of withdrawal).
